1. Who we are
Inner Lotus is operated by Divine Rose Oasis ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@divineroseoasis.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account — email address, authentication provider (Google or password).
- Wellness content you create — mood check-ins, journal entries, aura/tarot/dream notes, chat messages with Inner Lotus AI.
- Subscription status — plan, billing period, provider (Stripe on web, Apple StoreKit on iOS). We do NOT store card numbers.
- Device & diagnostic — minimal logs to keep the app reliable.
3. How we use it
Strictly to operate the app: personalize your sanctuary, generate AI responses, remember your check-ins across sessions, and process subscriptions. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train third-party models.
4. Processors
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase — database & authentication.
- Stripe — web subscription billing.
- Apple — iOS in-app subscription billing.
- Lovable AI Gateway — AI chat generation.
5. Your rights
You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Profile → Privacy, or by emailing us. Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days.
6. Children
Inner Lotus is not directed to children under 13.
7. Changes
We will post material changes to this page and, where required, notify you in-app.
