1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Inner Lotus you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Wellness disclaimer
Inner Lotus is a self-reflection and wellness tool. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, or substitute for professional mental-health care. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Web (Stripe): $12.12 / month, auto-renewing until cancelled from Manage Membership.
- iOS (Apple): $11.11 / month with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before period end, managed in your Apple ID account settings.
- No refunds for partial periods, except where required by law or by Apple's policies.
- Restore Purchases is available on the Premium screen.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break security, or submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others' rights.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of journals, check-ins, and chat history. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the app.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inner Lotus is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
